Get involved with STONES Pathways

STONES Pathways is a mission-driven program committed to empowering foster youth through alternative education, trauma-informed support, and wellness-centered learning. We actively seek individuals and organizations deeply committed to supporting foster youth with compassion, consistency, and integrity. Those who make the greatest impact understand that healing, stability, and growth require time, patience, and a belief that every foster youth deserves environments that recognize their experiences and provide constructive pathways forward. We welcome involvement from caregivers, foster parents, CASA volunteers, social workers, FFAs, county partners, school districts, courts, juvenile support systems, community organizations, and individuals with a heart for foster youth.

Referral & connection

Caregivers, social workers, FFAs, school districts, and community professionals can reach out to start a conversation about whether STONES Pathways may be a supportive option for a youth they serve. Early referrals help us ensure the right fit and provide thoughtful, individualized support.

Community partnership & support

Community organizations, service clubs, and local partners can support STONES Pathways through collaboration, resource sharing, or wellness-based programming support that aligns with our trauma-informed approach.

Advocacy & awareness

Individuals can help by sharing information about STONES Pathways within their networks, helping caregivers and professionals learn about alternative, compassionate pathways available for foster youth.
